What you provide

When you create a birth profile, you may enter a name, birth date and time, birth place, time zone and location coordinates. Kundali One uses these details to calculate and display charts, Panchang information and reports. The app stores profiles and preferences in private storage on your Android device. It does not require an account or upload birth profiles to our server for these calculations.

Reports, exports and sharing

PDF reports are generated on your device and kept in the app cache until replaced or removed by Android or by clearing app data. If you choose Save, Print, Share, Export backup or Import backup, Android and the destination app or service you select may receive the file or its contents. Copies saved outside Kundali One are controlled by their destination and are not removed when you delete a profile in the app.

Optional Firebase diagnostics

Usage analytics and crash reporting are separate switches in Profile settings. Both start off. The included Firebase installation service may generate and transmit a per-installation identifier to operate Firebase services. If you enable usage analytics, Google Firebase may receive app screen events, coarse location derived from a masked IP address, and associated app, device and installation information. If you enable crash reporting, Google Firebase may receive crash traces, device and app diagnostics, and installation identifiers. Kundali One does not intentionally add birth names, dates, times, places or chart details to its custom analytics events or crash reports. We do not use these switches for advertising or ad personalization. You can turn them off at any time. Turning off analytics resets its local data; turning off crash reporting deletes pending unsent reports, but cannot erase reports already received by Google.

Service providers and website visits

Google Firebase processes optional analytics and crash diagnostics. This website is hosted by Hostinger, which may process routine technical request data such as IP address and browser information when you visit these pages. See the providers’ own privacy information for their handling and retention practices.

Retention and deletion

Birth profiles remain on your device until you delete them in the app or clear or uninstall the app. You can export a backup first if you wish. Android may also clear cached reports. To remove a saved PDF or exported backup, delete it from the location where you saved or shared it. For questions about data already sent through an optional Firebase feature, contact us at the address above; third-party retention may apply. We do not offer user accounts.

Security

Android private app storage is used for profiles, and Android backup of app data is disabled. Data sent to Firebase uses the provider’s transport protections. Files you choose to export or share are handled by the destination you select. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and updates

You can use core Kundali calculations without enabling optional diagnostics. You can edit or delete profiles in the app and manage exported files through Android.
