Request deletion

To request deletion of data handled by Kundali One, email lockinfinity123@gmail.com with the subject Kundali One data deletion. Tell us whether you enabled optional analytics or crash reporting; please do not include birth details. We will review the request and explain what can be removed. Kundali One has no user accounts or server copy of birth profiles. Google may retain diagnostics already received under its own retention practices; anonymous events may not be attributable to a specific person.

Delete a birth profile

Open Kundali One, go to Profile, find the profile and select Delete profile. This removes that profile’s birth details from the app’s local storage. To remove every local profile and preference, clear Kundali One’s app data in Android Settings or uninstall the app.

Saved reports and backups

If you saved or shared a PDF or JSON backup, delete those copies from the file location or service you selected. Deleting an in-app profile does not delete copies outside the app.

Optional diagnostics

In Profile, turn off Usage analytics or Crash reporting at any time. The Privacy Policy explains what these options send and their deletion limits.
